Does the head dentist personally provide insurance-covered treatments?
Dr. Young-Woo Son, the head dentist, personally provides all health insurance-covered treatments.
Can I receive Scaling every year?
Health insurance covers Scaling once per year. Since the recommended interval is every 6 months, we will provide separate guidance if you wish to receive it in between.
Is Dental Implant covered by insurance?
Patients aged 65 and older are eligible for coverage on up to 2 Dental Implants over their lifetime. We use Osstem fixtures and standard abutments eligible for insurance coverage.
Do I need to register with the National Health Insurance Service myself?
Our clinic handles the prior registration with the National Health Insurance Service for covered Dental Implants on your behalf.
Can I find out the treatment cost in advance?
After an examination to determine the necessary treatments, we will explain which items are covered by insurance and which are not.
Can I visit without an appointment?
All appointments are by reservation. Please call us at 02-558-2829 to make a reservation before your visit.
Do you provide smoking cessation treatment?
We are a registered participating provider in the National Health Insurance Service's smoking cessation support program. The head dentist personally consults with patients and handles prescriptions for smoking cessation medications.
If a treatment is said to be non-covered, can I find out why?
It is because the treatment exceeds the coverage criteria or requires different materials. We will explain why it is necessary.
Can I receive a consultation in English?
Our clinic is registered as a medical institution for attracting foreign patients, and consultations are available in English. Other languages are not supported.
Is orthodontic treatment covered by insurance?
This clinic does not provide orthodontic treatment. We will inform you of available treatments and their coverage eligibility during your consultation.
What treatments are covered by health insurance?
Covered treatments include cavity treatment, Root Canal Treatment, gum treatment, Scaling, and Wisdom Tooth extraction. Patients aged 65 and older are also eligible for covered Dental Implants.
What happens with Dental Implants for patients under 65?
They are not eligible for coverage and are treated as non-covered procedures. We will explain the details after confirming the necessary treatment.
I already received Scaling elsewhere this year — can I receive it again?
Since insurance-covered Scaling is limited to once per year, eligibility depends on when you last received it. We will check and advise you at the time of registration.
Are the materials used for insurance-covered Dental Implants different?
We use Osstem fixtures and standard abutments eligible for insurance coverage.

Lunch break is from 12:30 to 14:00, during which the clinic is closed. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your appointment.
