Can a Dental Implant be placed on the same day as the extraction?
This is considered when there is no inflammation at the extraction site and sufficient alveolar bone remains. Typically, placement occurs 2–3 months after extraction; immediate Dental Implant placement is an approach that reduces this waiting period.
Can it be done without making a large incision in the gum?
If there is sufficient bone width and height and the gum condition is good, a flapless approach is planned. If these conditions cannot be confirmed, the procedure proceeds with a flap incision.
How much longer does the process take if bone grafting is needed?
On average, it adds 2–3 months. When vertical bone augmentation is required, approximately one additional month is needed per millimeter.
How many Dental Implants are placed when all teeth are missing?
Generally, 8–10 Dental Implants are placed and fixed prosthetics are placed on top. The number and position vary depending on the amount of remaining bone.
Do I have to go without teeth during the waiting period?
In most cases, temporary dentures are used, and in some situations, fixed temporary teeth may be provided.
Can Dental Implants be placed for front teeth as well?
Yes. However, since front teeth require matching the gum line as well as the color and shape of adjacent teeth, they are planned separately as aesthetic Dental Implants.

How is the placement position determined?
When multiple teeth are missing, placement positions are planned in advance through simulation. The positions and number are determined based on the amount of remaining bone confirmed by CT scan.
How do I know if bone grafting is absolutely necessary?
The decision is made by reviewing both the CT scan and clinical findings together. If adequate placement can be achieved by adjusting the position, bone grafting will not be recommended.
When is the approach decided?
It is determined after combining the results of panoramic and CBCT examinations with clinical findings. We do not predetermine an approach before the examination or recommend a specific approach upfront.
